My leading Tech client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to own their end-to-end customer experience. You'll design and run customer insight and Voice of the Customer frameworks. You'll translate insights into root causes and recommendations that can be used across the organisation. You'll also deliver insight that supports customer loyalty, retention and Customer Lifetime Value, in order to ensure improvements are directly actionable. This is a newly created role in a growing business. A brilliant opportunity!

- Previously worked in a Customer Experience or Customer Insights position.
- Experience working with customer journeys, insight frameworks, or experience measurement models.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
