Site Management Specialist
Leading Technology-Driven Investment Firm

The Site Management team is responsible for managing infrastructure space, power, physical security, and structured cabling across all data centers, offices, and colocation facilities for a leading technology-driven investment firm. This team partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define and enforce global standards, implementation strategies, and procedural documentation that ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence across the firm’s infrastructure footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with infrastructure stakeholders to develop, implement, and refine standards and runbooks governing the design and commissioning of data centers, offices, and colocation facilities
- Lead and manage vendors through the creation of Scopes of Work, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Oversee fit-out and build-out construction projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements, schedules, and quality standards
- Manage capacity, inventory, and alerting systems, analyze operational data, and recommend improvements
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, minimizing unplanned downtime and ensuring system reliability
- Initiate and deliver projects that enhance capability, improve efficiency, and reduce operating costs
- Manage IMACs (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities in data centers and colocation sites
- Participate in and coordinate scheduled power-down events across facilities
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Technology Engineering
- Strong understanding of power calculations (single-phase and three-phase circuits), electrical diagrams, and control diagrams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness and ability to travel globally as required
