One of the world’s leading quantitative trading firms is hiring an SRE / Platform Engineer to own the platforms behind mission-critical trading systems that run at global scale, around the clock. You’ll have real technical ownership and work alongside exceptional engineers.
What you’ll do
- Design, build, and run scalable, resilient platform infrastructure
- Own and optimise CI/CD pipelines to speed up software delivery
- Strengthen observability: monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting
- Build automation and self-service tooling engineers genuinely rely on
- Support containerised workloads and orchestration at large scale
- Drive reliability, performance, and scalability across distributed systems and middleware
What you’ll bring
- Background as a Platform Engineer, SRE, or DevOps Engineer
- Strong Linux and automation skills
- Proven track record building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on Kubernetes and Docker
- Solid grasp of monitoring, logging, and observability platforms
- Infrastructure as Code experience
- Scripting or programming in Python, Go, Bash, or similar
- Real passion for reliable, highly available platforms
