Role Overview:

  • The Site Management team is responsible for the delivery and operation of critical infrastructure across the firm's global data centres, AI/HPC environments, colocations, and office locations.
  • Working closely with Technology, Engineering, and external partners, the team drives standards for space, power, cooling, physical security, and structured cabling to support highly resilient, high-performance computing platforms.
  • Work closely with infrastructure stakeholders to create, refine, and maintain standards and runbooks for designing and commissioning data centers, offices, and colocation facilities.
  • Oversee and guide vendors by preparing and managing Scope of Work documents and Requests for Proposals/Information.
  • Supervise construction fit-outs and build-outs, ensuring projects meet stakeholder expectations and requirements.
  • Monitor capacity, inventory, and alerts, analyse key data trends, and provide strategic recommendations for enhancements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimise unplanned downtime while continuously seeking process improvement opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance capabilities, boost efficiency, and reduce operational expenses.
  • Manage IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes across data centers and colocation facilities while participating in scheduled facility-wide power-downs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Masters in Electrical / Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical Engineering (MUST HAVE)
  • Experience working in Datacentres (Racking/Servers/Networking)
  • Understanding of basic power calculations on single and 3-phase circuits, electrical diagrams, control diagrams
  • Knowledge of a scripting language (i.e. python)

This role plays a key part in the expansion and optimisation of next-generation infrastructure, including AI and HPC deployments, requiring strong project management capabilities, technical understanding of IT infrastructure, and a working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Successful candidates will be analytical, process-driven, and able to manage complex projects in mission-critical environments.
