The role:
My client are looking for a Senior Technical EPR Delivery Manager to join their team. You will have a wealth of experience working within the NHS, either NHS side, or ideally from a vendor. You will be responsible for overall delivery of large scale EPR systems to NHS clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in matrix managing teams, can lead projects, and coordinate many parties efficiently.
Core responsibilities:
- Technical EPR Delivery for customers
- Ensuring project milestones are adhered to
- Efficiently managing multiple teams on EPR delivery
- Managing UAT processes
- Working closely with Project Managers to build and adjust programme plan
- Liaising with Clinical team, Configuration team and Solutions Architects
- Driving projects forward
Key skills required:
- Extensive experience of delivering EPR projects, managing multiple teams in complex environments
- Extensive People Management experience
- Solid understanding of Clinical applications and the EPR ecosystem
- Ideally experience from an EPR vendor
