A leading FinTech firm in London is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join its growing technology team. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performance trading environment where technology is central to the firm’s success across multiple asset classes.

The Role

They’ll find the best team to suit your skillset/interests but you could be working on UI for:

  • Some of the world’s most performant ETL pipelines that deal with billions of data points every second
  • Software solutions/products with scale, reliability and latency considerations in mind
  • Machine Learning Infrastructure and search models
  • Quant Logic/Research models for Alpha Generation

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications
  • Build modern frontend interfaces using React
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders and quants

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong experience in React
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (or similar) is preferred
