Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance peripheral applications and user interfaces using Rust and .NET technologies to support 24/7 trading operations.
- Collaborate in an international, agile team of professionals.
- Work with senior engineers to explore emerging technologies and best practices, designing and integrating improvements to expand system capabilities.
- Take ownership of production support and ensure system reliability.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, helping shape the future of the team.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of software development experience, with strong exposure to Linux environments.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proven expertise in writing clean, efficient Rust code. C++ is a bonus.
- Genuine passion for financial markets and blockchain technologies.
- Experience building reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems.
