Our leading Tech client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take ownership of their main HR processes, providing first-line advisory support to line managers and employees, and ensure full compliance with employment legislation. You'll use your HR expertise to build strong stakeholder relationships, to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle and lead key people initiatives. This is an important role for a rapidly growing business. A brilliant opportunity!

The following skills / experience is essential:

  • Proven experience working in HR Operations or as an HR Coordinator.
  • Working knowledge in employee relations.
  • Understanding of UK employment law and best practices.
  • Degree qualified.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary: Excellent + bonus + package
