Senior AI Developer to help shape and deliver the next generation of AI-powered customer and business solutions.
This is a newly created role within a business that sees AI as a strategic priority.
You'll play a key role in designing, building and deploying innovative AI products across Conversational AI, Agentic AI, Voice AI and intelligent automation, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to turn emerging AI capabilities into real-world business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced Conversational AI and chatbot solutions.
- Build and deploy Agentic AI applications to automate and enhance business processes.
- Architect and implement sophisticated RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
- Develop production-grade Voice AI solutions using Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.
- Work closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
- Contribute to AI best practices, architecture standards and the wider AI roadmap.
- Required Experience
- Strong commercial experience with LLMs, Generative AI and AI-powered applications.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.
- Experience building Agentic AI solutions and AI-driven automation workflows.
- Proven track record developing Conversational AI, chatbots, voicebots or Voice AI platforms.
- Knowledge of Speech-to-Text (STT) and/or Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.
- Strong software engineering foundations with excellent Python development skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
