Responsibilities / Ideal AttributesExperience leading and managing a successful recruitment team, ideally within Technology Verticals
Proven Technology recruitment experience that can shape and attract top passive talent
Solid billing/placements history and role longevity
Recruitment experience in FinTech/Fund/Buy-Side Clients highly desirable
Comprehensive market knowledge and strong commercial awareness
Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
