Known for our deep market expertise, collaborative culture, and commitment to quality, we’re continuing to scale, and we’re looking for an exceptional Recruitment Team Lead to join us on that journey. The Opportunity As a Team Lead at Hunter Bond, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, developing talent, and shaping the future of our growing delivery and recruitment function. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance personal billing with coaching a high-performing team. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, driving daily performance and long-term growth Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across technology, finance, and quantitative markets Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring the team meets delivery goals and quality standards Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, hiring plans, and process improvement Support business development through market insights and talent intelligence Foster a positive, high-energy culture built around excellence, ownership, and collaboration What We’re Looking For Proven experience in recruitment (tech/finance/quant markets a strong plus) Previous leadership or mentoring responsibility within an agency environment (highly desired) Strong track record of billing + developing recruitment talent A commercially driven mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills Ambition, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment Why Hunter Bond?
