We'll give you the training, support and platform to build a successful recruitment career, and the opportunity to earn and progress based on what you achieve.
What will you be doing?
- Build relationships with candidates and some of the biggest names across tech and finance
- Source, interview and place candidates into specialist roles
- Learn and develop expertise across markets including AI, quant, cybersecurity, cloud and fintech
- Manage your own candidates and take ownership of the recruitment process
- Work alongside experienced recruiters who will support and mentor you
- Hit targets, celebrate the wins and keep pushing yourself to the next level
