A leading global digital organisation is hiring a React Native Technical Lead to take end-to-end ownership of the development and delivery of a flagship consumer mobile application used across iOS and Android. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not people management, where you’ll define architecture, set engineering standards, and drive the technical direction of a core digital product at the heart of the business.
You’ll act as the technical owner of the flagship mobile app, ensuring scalable, high-performance, and best-practice engineering across all stages of the lifecycle. A key part of the role is leading delivery across distributed and offshore engineering teams, ensuring alignment, consistency, and high-quality execution against the technical vision and roadmap. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering stakeholders to shape the technical and product roadmap, translating business needs into robust mobile solutions. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants genuine ownership of a flagship application, while remaining deeply hands-on in engineering.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience leading delivery of mobile applications in a hands-on technical capacity
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture and full lifecycle delivery
- Experience with GraphQL and REST APIs

Salary: Up to £95,000 + bonus + package
