We're partnering with a cutting-edge Telecommunications firm renowned for powering global networks and delivering innovative infrastructure solutions to tier-one clients worldwide. They are currently seeking a QA with a strong understanding of Big Data Sets to join their London-based engineering team on a contract basis.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product functionality and define testing strategies
- Develop & execute test scripts for gathering expected results from data sources and comparing data results from testing
- Leverage Python and SQL to support and evolve testing frameworks
- Testing the quality and consistency of data across the whole data landscape.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A strong academic background
- Proven experience in manual testing, data reconciliation and data quality framework verification
- Solid understanding of Python
- Strong SQL skills (with simple and complex queries)
- Having experience/knowledge working on Spark
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – able to clearly articulate test outcomes, risks, and recommendations
