I'm looking for an ambitious, hands-on Marketing Coordinator who wants real ownership, full-spectrum exposure across marketing, and the autonomy to make an impact from day one.

This is not a narrow, execution-only role.

You’ll be embedded at the heart of a high-growth, market-leading fintech consultancy, with visibility across the entire marketing function, from digital campaigns and brand positioning to lead generation and strategic growth initiatives.

If you’re creative, commercially minded, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an opportunity to take genuine ownership and help shape how they go to market.

  • What You’ll Be Doing (full spec avail)
  • Owning and managing key marketing channels including website, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
  • Driving lead generation initiatives across multiple touchpoints.
  • Contributing to – and leading – creative brainstorming sessions to launch innovative campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Identifying and executing new internal and external opportunities to increase brand visibility and market presence.
  • Managing multiple concurrent campaigns with full autonomy.
  • Creating/authoring engaging blog posts and marketing content to support brand awareness, SEO, and lead generation.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, brand, or digital-focused roles.
  • Marketing degree/qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong creativity and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy/ownership.
  • Technically confident, with hands-on experience across major social platforms
  • Someone who wants exposure across the full marketing lifecycle, not just one channel.

• Personality!
