My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take responsibility for end-to-end service integration and performance management across a portfolio of IT services delivered by multiple suppliers and providers, ensuring consistent delivery, control and accountability across multiple suppliers and regions.
- Owning the end-to-end service outcome across multiple suppliers and service providers.
- Driving cross-supplier collaboration, issue resolution and service improvement activities.
- Holding suppliers accountable for service performance and service improvement commitments.
- Leading service reviews, governance forums and executive reporting.
- Acting as the single point of coordination when issues, risks or dependencies span multiple teams, suppliers or regions.
Strong experience in IT Service Management within a multi-supplier environment. SIAM, Service Integration, Service Management, Managed Services, Supplier Governance or Vendor Management. Experience leading cross-supplier governance and service review forums. ITIL. Previously worked in Financial Services is highly desirable.
Salary: Up to £120,000 + bonus + package
