A rapidly growing FinTech firm is currently hiring for a Salesforce Developer to work directly alongside their Salesforce Lead and support the continued growth of their CRM platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a technology-driven business where Salesforce sits at the heart of the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple business functions
  • Build and maintain Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, Lightning components, validation rules, and custom automation frameworks
  • Translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions through stakeholder engagement, solution design, and implementation
  • Develop and optimize custom objects, page layouts, record types, security models, and declarative platform functionality
  • Support Salesforce integrations, API-based data exchange, and enterprise CRM transformation projects
  • Participate in solution architecture discussions, testing, deployment activities, and ongoing platform enhancements

SKILLS

  • 2+ years of Salesforce platform development and configuration experience
  • Strong expertise in Flow Builder, declarative automation, data modelling, and platform customization
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, or Salesforce development concepts
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform Developer certification advantageous
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and technical communication skills
  • Experience delivering Salesforce solutions within Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech environments
  • Knowledge of integrations, REST APIs, MuleSoft, and enterprise application architecture is beneficial
