Ideal Attributes:

  • Experience leading and managing a successful recruitment team - ideally within Technology Verticals
  • Proven Technology recruitment experience that can shape and attract top passive talent
  • Applicants should have a solid billing/placements history and role longevity
  • Recruitment experience in our markets/similar verticals - FinTech/Fund/Buy-Side Clients highly desirable
  • Comprehensive market knowledge and strong commercial awareness
  • Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
  • Personality!
