What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality candidates to existing clients
  • Manage the full candidate journey, from sourcing and screening to interview prep and post-placement care
  • Proactively headhunt and build strong talent networks
  • Support on key hiring projects across technology and financial markets
  • Maintain a high standard of communication and service to candidates (No business development required – this role is fully delivery-focused.)

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 6 months agency recruitment experience (any market)
  • Strong sourcing, screening & relationship-building skills
  • A motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with candidates
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Someone who wants to grow in a specialist, supportive environment
