Hunter Bond are a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology & change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia. We are on the hunt for a seasoned and successful 360 Recruiter to join our London team. We are partnered and have very well established relationships with the globe's top 1% of firms i.e., quant/hedge funds, investment banks, software development firms, prop/systematic/diversified trading firms, and award-winning start-ups!
Ideal attributes:
- Proven end-to-end (360) recruitment experience that can shape and attract top passive clients and talent (within the private sector)
- Proven track record in business development and account management
- Strong networking abilities to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
- Finance or similar vertical industry experience ideal but not mandatory
- Personality!
