We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Analyst to join an advanced Engineering team, focused on building next-generation, AI-driven index solutions. This role combines quantitative research, software engineering, and AI to develop scalable frameworks that enhance index design, automate workflows, and accelerate delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable Python-based frameworks for index research, development, and production
- Build and manage robust data pipelines for large-scale financial datasets
- Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise data platforms and applications
- Lead MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Leverage Generative AI and agent-based systems to automate quantitative modelling and analytics
- Develop and implement institutional-grade index construction methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering, research, and product teams
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members
Required Skills & Experience
- More than 10 Years of experience in quantitative research, development or similar roles
- Solid software engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, testing)
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and agentic workflows
- Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Polars, SciPy)
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and numerical methods
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Proven ability to handle large-scale data systems
- Experience with MLOps and deploying production AI models
