The role:

My client are seeking a Network Performance/Network Test/QA Validation Lead to join their team. You will likely be in a Lead position currently, and will either have managerial experience, or have the ability to manage a small team of Junior Engineers (2-4). Offices are Central London based, with expectations being 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home. You will need to have a valid driving license. There will be limited travel required with the position, likely once a month to parts of mainland Europe for short trips. The successful candidate will stem from a Telco background and have strong hands-on experience around the Core Network. You should come from either a Mobile Network Operator (MNO), Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), or Tier 1 Supplier, and will have worked largely operated in Europe.

  • Strong experience around Core Telco Networks
  • Experience working for an MNO/MVNO/Tier 1 Supplier
  • Good understanding of Network Validation, Testing
