Our client, a leading international financial services organisation, are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead the Human Resources function across multiple regions. This is a high-impact leadership role that offers the opportunity to shape the people strategy in alignment with global priorities while addressing local business needs.

As the HR Director, you will report directly to the UK Chief Executive. You will be a critical member of the leadership team and a trusted advisor to senior executives. Your role will involve translating global HR strategy into tailored approaches, driving organisational transformation, and fostering a cohesive culture that supports sustainable growth. Leading a team of HR professionals, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality HR solutions that align with business objectives and long-term ambitions.

We are seeking an accomplished HR leader who thrives in dynamic environments and has a proven track record of delivering strategic impact across multiple geographies. Previous Senior HR leadership experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong knowledge of employee relations, including social dialogue and collective agreements (UK legislation knowledge preferred). Broad HR expertise across organisation design, culture, leadership development, talent management, reward strategies, learning & development, and workforce planning. Demonstrated ability to lead organisational transformation and long-term workforce planning across diverse markets.

Salary: Up to £100,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
