Role Overview
The firm is seeking a Vice President to join its generalist private equity team. The role offers hands-on involvement across the full investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, execution, portfolio management, and exits. This is a key hire for the team, with significant responsibility and direct exposure to senior investment professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deal execution across buyout and growth equity investments
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and commercial due diligence
- Coordinate and manage third-party advisors throughout transaction processes
- Prepare and present investment committee materials
- Support deal sourcing and relationship development with founders, management teams, and intermediaries
- Work closely with portfolio company management on value creation initiatives
- Assist with exit planning and execution
Candidate Profile
- Currently a Vice President (or strong Senior Associate ready to step up) at a buyout or growth equity fund
- Strong transaction experience across the full deal lifecycle
