The firm is seeking a Vice President to join its generalist private equity team. This is a key hire with significant responsibility, offering hands-on involvement across the full investment lifecycle. You will lead deal execution, manage sophisticated workstreams independently, and gain direct exposure to senior investment professionals. The role is pivotal in bridging high-level strategy with granular execution and portfolio management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading deal execution across both buyout and growth equity investments
- Conducting complex financial modeling, valuation analysis, and commercial due diligence
- Coordinating and managing third-party advisors (legal, accounting, tax) throughout transaction processes
- Preparing and presenting high-conviction materials to the Investment Committee
