A rapidly growing fintech firm is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join a highly technical Infrastructure team that manages both cloud and on-prem systems. The company is investing heavily across technology with significant headcount growth, a strong project pipeline and multiple greenfield initiatives underway. This is an opportunity to work in a genuinely engineering-led environment where technologists report to technologists, bureaucracy is minimal, and engineers have real ownership over platforms and architecture.

The Role

  • You’ll join a small but highly impactful infrastructure function working closely with DevOps and platform engineering teams on large-scale Linux environments and next-generation hybrid infrastructure.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Building and scaling Linux-based infrastructure platforms
    • Supporting large OpenShift/Kubernetes environments
    • Delivering infrastructure for high-performance fintech systems
    • Automating deployments and operational workflows
    • Working across AWS and hybrid/on-prem environments
    • Supporting CI/CD and containerised deployment pipelines
    • Collaborating with engineers across infrastructure and development teams
    • Contributing to greenfield platform and automation projects
