Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining high-performance employee desktops and laptops
  • Managing Windows and macOS devices using Intune, SCCM, or JAMF
  • Automating deployments and system fixes using PowerShell and scripting
  • Packaging and deploying critical enterprise applications
  • Executing patching, system upgrades, and endpoint security protocols
  • Providing advanced (Tier 2/3) desktop support and troubleshooting
  • Constantly improving system reliability and the overall user experience

Requirements

Experience: Practical background in fast-paced, time-critical environments (Trading floor experience is highly desired)

Technical Core: Solid Windows desktop and endpoint engineering background

Modern Workplace: Familiarity with enterprise applications, virtual desktops (VDI), and user environments

Automation: High level of comfort with scripting and modern deployment technologies
