Hunter Bond is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated delivery-focused recruiters with 6+ months of experience to join our team. We are a boutique recruitment firm specialising in Technology, Quant Trading, and Change/Transformation. This role is fully delivery-focused, meaning no business development is required. You will focus on providing high-quality candidates to our existing client base, managing the full candidate journey from initial sourcing to post-placement care. You’ll be supported by experienced recruiters and industry experts, allowing you to deepen your expertise in the specialist FinTech market.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering high-quality candidates to existing clients
  • Managing the full candidate journey, from sourcing and screening to interview prep
  • Proactively headhunting and building strong talent networks
  • Supporting key hiring projects across technology and financial markets
  • Maintaining a high standard of communication and service to candidates
  • Focusing entirely on delivery with no business development requirements
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months agency recruitment experience (any market)
  • Strong sourcing, screening & relationship-building skills
