Role : Private Equity Vice President (Generalist)

The firm partners closely with management teams to drive value creation and maintains a disciplined, long-term investment approach. The Role
The firm is seeking a Vice President to join its generalist private equity team. This is a key hire with significant responsibility, offering hands-on involvement across the full investment lifecycle. You will lead deal execution, manage sophisticated workstreams independently, and gain direct exposure to senior investment professionals. The role is pivotal in bridging high-level strategy with granular execution and portfolio management.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading deal execution across both buyout and growth equity investments
Conducting complex financial modeling, valuation analysis, and commercial due diligence
Coordinating and managing third-party advisors (legal, accounting, tax) throughout transaction processes
Preparing and presenting high-conviction materials to the Investment Committee
Supporting deal sourcing and fostering relationships with founders and intermediaries
Working directly with portfolio company management on strategic value creation initiatives
Leading the planning and execution of exit strategies
Requirements
Experience: Currently a Vice President (or a high-performing Senior Associate ready to step up) at a buyout or growth equity fund
Track Record: Strong transaction experience across the full deal lifecycle
Technical Skills: Elite financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
Languages: Fluent Mandarin and English are essential for this role
Autonomy: Proven ability to manage workstreams independently and exercise sound commercial judgment
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for managing founders and senior stakeholders
