My leading banking client is looking for a KYC Quality Assurance Team Lead to lead the QA team through a huge transformation programme. You will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and effectiveness of KYC reviews, managing a team of quality assurance professionals, and implementing process improvements to mitigate compliance and operational risks. This is a strategic role with opportunities to shape their KYC quality standards and strengthen their compliance framework.
