The Role
My leading Insurance client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to manage a number of important projects working alongside a talented Delivery team.
Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Monitoring progress across multiple projects in respect of renewal dates, required work steps and budget.
- Effective project set to ensure projects are well run, including use of internal document management and finance systems.
- Management of client queries
- Act as an interface with brokers to ensure that project timelines are met, client queries responded to and required documentation supplied in good time.
- Develop network of insurance industry contacts, contributing to overall company goals of network and influence building.
- Client Engagement
- Provide a key support role for a portfolio of clients, managing day-to-day contact and renewal activity as appropriate.
- Produce client facing documentation.
- Assist in identification of client opportunities and development of proposals.
- Ensure compliance tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Internal Projects
- Key support function for internal transformation projects.
- Project planning, tracking and execution monitoring.
Requirements
- Previously worked as a Project Manager or similar position.
- Experience of dealing directly with clients.
- Knowledge, interest and experience in the insurance market preferred.
- Ability to own a problem from formulation to conclusion, driving progression and agreement at each stage.
- Desire to learn and to continuously develop your expertise.
- Excellent communication.
