My leading Financial Services client are looking for a talented and motivated Business Analyst to help take them through a large transformation programme, being the face of IT within the organisation. This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a growing business, in a supportive team.
Responsibilities include:
- Manages project scope, ensuring robust change control processes are consistently applied.
- Oversees project budgets, promoting effective cost management and optimal use of resources.
- Engages with and influences board members and senior stakeholders to gain alignment, support, and active involvement in project initiatives.
- Maintains and monitors the project resource plan, ensuring the allocation of suitably skilled and experienced personnel in accordance with delivery schedules.
- Ensures that platform and service delivery align with specified requirements, and that transition to business-as-usual is completed per defined acceptance criteria and plans.
- Guarantees that all project reporting is accurate, insightful, and delivered on schedule.
- Proactively initiates corrective actions and management interventions when gaps or issues are identified within the project lifecycle.
Essential Experience:
- Business Analysis and Project Management experience
- Experience with governance and cyber security
Desirable experience:
- Dynamics365 CRM / D365 Real Estate system knowledge
- Experience working on migration projects from on-prem to cloud
- Understanding of ISO 27001 IT Security Risk Management
Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus + package
