We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with candidates and wants to grow in a specialist, supportive environment.

This position sits within our Investment Banking & Private Equity team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality candidates to existing clients and managing the full candidate journey from sourcing and screening to interview prep and post-placement care. You will support key hiring projects across technology and financial markets while maintaining a high standard of communication and service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality candidates to existing clients

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months agency recruitment experience
  • Finance - Investment Banking and/or Private Equity experience highly desired
  • Strong sourcing, screening & relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • A motivated, detail-oriented approach to candidate management
  • A desire to grow in a specialist, supportive environment
