My client are looking for a highly-talented Linux Engineer/HPC Engineer to work in their High-Performance, Ultra Low-Latency Systems Engineering team

Role

  • Build and optimise next gen Linux infrastructure to support the engineering teams
  • Help architect a multi-petabyte storage solution & build out new data centres
  • Automate anything and everything with Python & config tools
  • Innovate whilst bringing in new ideas to the business

Skills/Experience

  • Systems Engineering experience in a high-availability & low-latency environment
  • Knowledge of HPC cluster schedulers, such as Slurm, Grid engine, MOAB, PBS
  • Strong experience with scripting/automation is highly preferred (Python, Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
  • Exposure to CPU Chipsets is a plus
  • Experience working with FPGAs is a huge plus
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
