My leading Insurance client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to work with the ExecCo to support delivery of company strategy and implementation of improvement cycle findings. You'll set standards across the Project Management function through management, development and training support, actively contributing to the overall management of the delivery team, via interfacing with the finance team, to ensure effective running of projects within budget.

You’ll also be expected to provide direct project management support on the most complex and client-sensitive projects, particularly those where delivery is spread across multiple teams. This is a high visibility role in a rapidly growing business. A brilliant opportunity!

  • Previously worked in Insurance
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: Up to £100,000 + package
