This position is for a 2026 start (with flexibility for exceptional talent). You will be fully immersed in the investment lifecycle, moving beyond simple analysis to active sourcing, complex diligence, and portfolio value creation. Operating within a highly collaborative and performance-driven team, you will help identify the next generation of industry leaders and support their growth from the ground up.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the full investment lifecycle from initial sourcing to final execution
  • Conducting deep-dive thematic research into technology and healthcare markets
  • Building sophisticated financial models to evaluate growth-stage companies
  • Performing comprehensive due diligence, including commercial and financial analysis
  • Partnering with founders and management teams on post-investment value creation

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Growth Investing
