We are on the hunt for a Graduate Recruiter to join the technology team of our growing London office. This is a truly entry-level role.

Hunter Bond are a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology, & change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia.

We are partnered and have very well established relationships with the globe's leading quant funds, hedge funds, software development firms, prop/systematic/diversified trading firms, and award-winning start-ups!

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through questioning/qualification.

You should have excellent organisational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

Additionally, you should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated hard worker- i. e., Bachelor's degree with a high classification or impressive/consistent work history
  • Quota or goal-oriented; entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven history of meeting deadlines
  • Independently motivated/self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Team player
