We are on the hunt for an Entry-level Recruiter to join the Technology Team of our growing London office. Hunter Bond are a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology, and change sectors in Europe, North America, and Asia. We are partnered and have very well established relationships with the globe's leading Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, Software development firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified trading firms, and award-winning Start Ups!
The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through questioning/qualification. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, you should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated hard worker - I.E. Bachelor's degree with a high classification or impressive/consistent work history
- Quota or goal oriented - entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to meet deadlines
- Independently motivated/Self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Team player
