We are on the hunt for an Entry‑level Recruiter to join the Technology Team of our growing London office. Hunter Bond is a global recruitment firm specializing in the finance, technology, and change sectors across Europe, North America, and Asia. We maintain strong relationships with leading quant funds, hedge funds, software development firms, prop/systematic/diversified trading firms, and award‑winning start‑ups.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with new people frequently and capable of determining a candidate\’s potential through questioning and qualification. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates and be committed to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Qualifications
- Hard worker: Bachelor’s degree with high classification or impressive/consistent work history.
