We are on the hunt for an Entry-level Recruiter to join the Technology Team of our growing London office. Hunter Bond are a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology, & change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia. We are partnered and have very well established relationships with the globe's leading Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, Software development firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified trading firms, and award-winning Start Ups!

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through questioning/qualification. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, you should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated hard worker - I.E. Bachelor’s degree with a high classification or impressive/consistent work history
  • Quota or goal oriented - entrepreneurial mindset
  • Able to meet deadlines
