Leading global quant trading firm
This is a genuinely senior role. You’ll own the global infrastructure function across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC, with infrastructure leads in multiple regions reporting to you. You’ll work with senior technology and business stakeholders to shape strategy, and you’ll still be technical enough to get into the detail when it matters.
What you’ll do
- Own global infrastructure strategy across regions
- Lead and develop regional infrastructure teams
- Ensure the reliability and resilience of critical trading environments
- Drive automation, tooling, and platform improvements
- Take the lead on major incidents and technical escalations
- Work with senior stakeholders on priorities, roadmaps, and investment
- Improve operational processes and engineering efficiency
What you’ll bring
- Senior infrastructure or platform leadership experience
- Strong Linux/Unix background with real hands‑on depth
- Experience managing technical teams across multiple locations
- Solid grasp of modern infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering
- Comfort across networking, systems, deployment, and observability
- Proven track record in high‑pressure production environments
- The ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels
