The firm is seeking a Vice President to join its generalist private equity team. This is a key hire with significant responsibility, offering hands-on involvement across the full investment lifecycle. You will lead deal execution, manage sophisticated workstreams independently, and gain direct exposure to senior investment professionals. The role is pivotal in bridging high-level strategy with granular execution and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading deal execution across both buyout and growth equity investments
  • Conducting complex financial modeling, valuation analysis, and commercial due diligence
  • Coordinating and managing third-party advisors (legal, accounting, tax) throughout transaction processes
  • Preparing and presenting high-conviction materials to the Investment Committee
  • Supporting deal sourcing and fostering relationships with founders and intermediaries
  • Working directly with portfolio company management on strategic value creation initiatives
  • Leading the planning and execution of exit strategies

Requirements

  • Experience: Currently a Vice President (or a high-performing Senior Associate ready to step up) at a buyout or growth equity fund
  • Track Record: Strong transaction experience across the full deal lifecycle
  • Technical Skills: Elite financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
  • Languages: Fluent Mandarin and English are essential for this role
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to manage workstreams independently and exercise sound commercial judgment
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for managing founders and senior stakeholders
