My leading InsurTech client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to oversee the financial control and reporting activities for their insurance claims handling function. The role is responsible for statutory and regulatory reporting, (re)insurance accounting, and ensuring strong financial governance over claims-related financial processes. This is a newly created role for a rapidly growing business. A brilliant opportunity!
The following skills / experience is essential:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) from a Big-4 background with 3+ years experience post-qualification.
- Strong experience in the Insurance sector.
- Solid knowledge of statutory reporting, reinsurance accounting, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience preparing or reviewing UK statutory accounts and audit management.
Salary: Excellent + bonus + package
Location: London (good work from home options available)
