My client is seeking an experienced Technical EPR Delivery Lead to join their team. This will be a highly autonomous role with a broad range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of large scale high profile EPR programmes nationally
  • Matrix management across multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Acting as a central point of contact for stakeholder management and senior programme queries
  • Efficiently drive projects forwards with expert risk management
  • Continuous improvement of the EPR delivery process
  • Working alongside TDA’s on integration and clinical workflow
  • Managing and tracking escalations
  • Mentoring more junior members of staff
  • Managing go-live’s effectively utilising prior experience
  • Resolving complex technical issues or queries
  • Project scoping and contract evaluation

Core experience required

  • Deep understanding of EPR and its foundations
  • Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with customers
