What You\’ll Do
Deliver high-quality candidates to existing clients
Manage the full candidate journey, from sourcing and screening to interview prep and post-placement care
Proactively headhunt and build strong talent networks
Support on key hiring projects across technology and financial markets
Maintain a high standard of communication and service to candidates
What We\’re Looking For
At least
6 months agency recruitment experience
(Finance- Investment Banking and/or Private Equity experience
highly desired
)
Strong sourcing, screening & relationship-building skills
A motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with candidates
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Someone who wants to grow in a specialist, supportive environment
