Our leading Tech client is looking for a talented and motivated individual to ensure the stability, performance and reliability of IT and network services. This role leads service assurance, problem management and change management activities across network and IT domains, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to minimise service impact and continuously improve operational resilience.
Responsibilities:
- This role is critical in maintaining high service availability, managing major incidents and driving root-cause resolution in a complex, multi-supplier environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in network assurance, service assurance or operations management within Telco or IT.
- Strong hands-on experience with Change Management and Problem Management.
- Experience operating in a multi-supplier/or outsourced environment.
- Solid understanding of Telco networks (core, access, signalling) and IT platforms.
- ITIL knowledge.
Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus + package.
Location: London (good work-from-home options available).
