A well-established investment bank is looking to appoint a Vice President to join its M&A team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced investment banking professional with a strong technical background and a proven track record in executing complex M&A transactions.
You will play a key role in leading deal execution, managing junior team members, and delivering high-quality analysis and strategic insight to senior stakeholders and clients. The role requires a combination of technical excellence, commercial judgement, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Key Skills- Strong analytical and financial modelling expertise
- Proven M&A execution experience within an investment bank or advisory firm
- Ability to interpret complex financial information and deliver clear, actionable insights
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident in client interaction, including leading meetings and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Leading the execution of M&A transactions end-to-end
