As the IT Financial Crime Product Owner, you will be the strategic lead for the bank's Compliance and Regulatory technology estate. The Role
You will drive the IT strategy, architecture, and solution design across critical Transaction Monitoring and Fraud platforms. This is a leadership-heavy role where you will manage a multi-disciplinary team—including Business Analysts, Developers, Infrastructure specialists, and vendor staff—to deliver robust Financial Crime solutions. You will bridge the gap between complex regulatory requirements and technical execution, ensuring the bank remains at the forefront of detection and prevention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving the IT strategy and architecture for Transaction Monitoring and Fraud platforms
- Leading a diverse team of BA’s, Developers, and Infrastructure specialists
- Managing vendor relationships and outsourced staff to ensure high-quality delivery
- Owning the product roadmap and solution design for Financial Crime technology
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to align IT delivery with regulatory mandates
- Ensuring the scalability and resilience of global Compliance systems
Requirements
