My client are seeking an Engineer turned Manager to lead a globally dispersed Desktop Support team, in a busy Trading environment.

You will have 2+ years of experience managing a Support team (ideally global). The ideal candidate will stem from a similar environment.

The Role

  • Team Leadership: Leading a global Desktop Support function within a Trading environment.
  • Support Oversight: Overseeing day-to-day Desktop Support operations.
  • Environment: Working within a fast-paced Trading / HFT setting.

Essential Skills

  • Team Management: Experience running a team of Support / Desktop Analysts.
  • Support: Broad 2nd Line Support experience.
  • Microsoft Stack: Strong Microsoft orientated skillset – Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office365, Windows Server, Azure.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Automation: Strong experience with PowerShell.
