Role Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote desktop support in a Windows environment
- Troubleshoot hardware, Microsoft 365, and access-related issues
- Manage incidents and collaborate with internal teams
- Participate in rotational on-call support
- Automate deployments and fixes (PowerShell, scripts)
- Provide 1st through to 3rd line support
Ideal Candidates:
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
- Practical experience working in fast-paced, time-critical environments - Industry/trading floor experience highly desired
- Someone who's eager and ready to learn and take on new challenges!
